Introduction & Acceptance

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ll44 may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This process is carried out to ensure player protection and to prevent money laundering.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use ll44's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Account identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met. Deposited funds and bonus funds are tracked separately.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. A withdrawal request may be cancellable before processing begins. Contact the support team for any issues related to transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ll44 can receive up to a 200% bonus of ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳10,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳30,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 (= ৳2,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawing any winnings earned from that bonus. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming activity
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once
• ll44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be suspended

Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

6.2 Technical Errors

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Misconduct towards other players or staff

• Collusion or cheating during gameplay

6.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, all decisions regarding betting markets, odds, and results are at ll44's discretion. The right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds is reserved.
